These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately.

Getting ready for the cleaning

Please don’t clean before we arrive. Leave it to us! But do pick up and tidy as much as possible so we can focus on more detail and quality for you. For those with children and teens we do our best to clean around their treasures but have a hard time with moving every little trinket they are collecting. We are fine moving a few things but not a whole dresser top worth.

Temperature

Please leave your air on for us in the summer or on unusually warm spring or fall days. In the winter, please make sure heat is not on too high. We heat up pretty fast and don’t want anyone to feel sick from overheating. We will gladly set your temperature to the setting you want when we leave, just leave a note for the cleaning tech.

Breakage or Damage

It’s bound to happen. We hate it when it does and we do our best to prevent it! Please move any expensive, fragile or precious possessions to a safe place that won’t be cleaned or have us skip that area completely if you do not want to accept the risk. Sometimes breakage occurs when items are unstable. Some things to be aware of are pictures not hung securely, top heavy items with unstable bases, wobbly or tippy objects. We are very careful but accidents do happen.

The best setting

The ideal cleaning situation is when no one is home. Since this is not always possible, please eliminate as many distractions as possible so our tech can work uninterrupted. We recommend that you try to schedule your cleaning on a day when there will be fewer people at home.

Those you love

We love getting to know your family. If you have to be home it’s best to keep children out of the area while cleaning. We don’t want them getting hurt by anything we are doing. We may be working with equipment and products that are not safe for them. Your family’s safety is very important to us!

We love your pets! We don’t mind when they are out and about. They are just as excited to see us as we are them! If you have a pet that is overanxious, stressed or could be a threat please secure them for their own safety. Please note for health reasons that we cannot clean up after sick pets or pet accidents. Please make sure that cat litter is contained as much as possible.

Note the things we don’t clean

  • walls,
  • dishes,
  • windows except front and back doors entrances.

We also cannot move furniture over 20 lbs. We will get under it if we can.

Quality Control

Our quality control system is interactive and dependent upon your feedback and communication to function. We need your input on the overall experience and quality you are receiving and you can count on us to address any issues you communicate with us. Our employees take great pride in the work they do and want to be informed when you are disappointed with their service.

Reclean policy and 100% Guarantee

We guarantee all of our work. We have a 24-hour turnaround policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please reach out within 24 hours to receive a return visit to correct any issues that you are not satisfied with. We do not offer refunds.

Access to your home

We must charge a $50 lock out fee when you don’t leave access to your home on the day of service. There are no exceptions after the first incident. Please take the steps necessary to give us access in whatever way we agreed when you booked your appointment.

Cancellations

We understand people get sick and we don’t want our techs to get sick either. We appreciate a cancellation with as much as an advance notice as possible. If short notice cancellations become habitual, we will assess a $50 fee if you continue to cancel with less than 24 “business hours” notice for any other reason than an illness. If you need to skip a cleaning, we will add a little extra time to your payment for the extra time on the next visit. It always takes longer to clean after skipping a scheduled visit.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Venmo, check and cash are accepted measures of pay. Soon to be taking credit cards.

Rate Increase

We reserve the right to raise our rates at any time. You will be given advance notice of a price increase.

Tipping

Tipping is a greatly appreciated gesture but not required.
