What are your policies for employee background checks and insurance?

All of our employees undergo thorough background checks, and we are fully insured to provide peace of mind for our clients.

What time does your team arrive?

Our working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm during which we work to meet all clients cleaning requirements.

While we cannot warranty our exact time of arrival because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires, we do offer arrival windows for your convenience. 

Can I customize my cleaning plan to suit my preferences and needs?

Absolutely, we offer customizable cleaning plans to focus on the areas most important to you.

What if I need to reschedule a service?

From the very beginning, we will work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 72 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.

Can I book a one time service, or do I need a recurring schedule?

You can book a one time service or set up a recurring schedule depending on your needs and preferences.

Where can I leave a review of your service?

We value our customers’ opinions and it’s our customer feedback that has helped us become the best home cleaning company in the industry.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee or re-cleaning policy?

Yes, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with our service please let us know within 24 hours and we will return to take care of the areas of concern.

Can I tip your housecleaners?

While tips aren’t expected, we’re allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. 

Residential Questions

Do I need to be present during cleaning?

You’re welcome to be present, but it’s not necessary. Our cleaning technicians are trustworthy, and many customers opt for cleaning while they’re away.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment unless you have specific products or preferences. We will do our best to accommodate.

How do you handle pets during cleaning?

We are a pet friendly company. As long as your pet is not aggressive, overly scared or an escape artist we clean right alongside them. We love animals.

Do I need to do any preparation before the cleaning technician arrives?

Typically, we request that you declutter surfaces, so our cleaners can work effectively. If there are any specific instructions we will communicate them in advance.

Commercial Questions

What types of commercial spaces do you clean?

We specialize in cleaning medical office spaces, including healthcare clinics, and dental and family practices. We also provide cleaning to other non-industrial businesses.

Do you offer any special services, like carpet cleaning, window cleaning or floor maintenance?

No, not at this specific time.

What services are included in your standard commercial cleaning package?

Our standard commercial cleaning package typically covers tasks like dusting and sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming ,floor cleaning, restroom sanitation and trash removal. Details can be discussed upon meeting to ensure you get the proper cleaning for your facility.

How do you handle confidentiality and sensitive information within our office?

Our cleaning staff is trained to respect confidentiality and to handle sensitive information with the utmost care and discretion.

Moving Questions

Do you provide any recommendations for property for move-in/move-out cleaning?

We can offer guidelines on decluttering and preparing the property to ensure that the cleaning service is as effective as possible.

How far in advance should we book your move-in/move-out cleaning service?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date and time.

What is your policy regarding access to the property during the cleaning service?

We can arrange access to the property with your preferred method, whether it’s providing a key, meeting someone on-site, or using a lock box, to ensure a smooth cleaning process.

What is the timeframe for the completion of a move-in/move-out cleaning?

The timeframe can vary based on the property’s size and condition, but we aim to complete the cleaning efficiently while maintaining thoroughness.

Can other contractors be working while you are on the property performing the move-in/move-out cleaning?

For the best results, we prefer to have the property exclusively for cleaning. Other contractors working simultaneously can lead to safety concerns and may compromise the quality of our service. Coordination with other contractors can be discussed to minimize any disruptions.
