*Extra attention is given to any buildup of mold, soap scum, limescale, rust, and calcium deposits in bathrooms. Depending on the condition, all may not come out. We cannot get mold out of the caulk line if mold is underneath. We recommend the replacement of the caulk. Any painted baseboards or doors will not look new if they need to be painted. Any grout in showers or on floors will not look new if not sealed correctly or in an older condition.
